It’s time for coaching cheerleading. A sport is the best way to teach our children to have self-esteem. If you have young children, let them be involved in sports, whether they are a player or a cheerleader. For children to have healthy self-esteem, they must feel that they are loved unconditionally by their parents, with consistent encouragement and praise. Children also need to know that they are seen as capable of doing things for themselves and by themselves. Positive experiences play an essential role in raising a happy, healthy human being. Sports provide numerous opportunities for positive experiences both for your child as an individual, and for your family as a whole. “Sports parents” are blessed with the chance to watch their child have fun while learning and developing as an athlete and as a human being.

The Made in Manila ladies are performing a Mother’s day Special 2010. To feel more energized and to have good health, help someone. Helping those around you is one of the best ways to counter stress. Keep an eye out for those that may need assistance around you. Your brain works in a way that reflects the world and people around us. You are fulfilling a real social function when you do so. Think about others who may be in isolation. Visit a nursing home, volunteer at a hospital, work at a food bank, and help out at your local animal shelter. While all of these are places are where we can find people who are suffering, we also find that sometimes our kind presence can make a difference in their lives. And that will have a positive effect on our outlook, too. So if you are feeling stressed and depressed, give volunteering a try. Give some of yourself, and see just how much you receive in return. Love God, Love People, Love Nature, and Love Line Dancing.

"Hello,
my name is Sabine and i am a linedancer and also a coach in
a Linedancegroup in Germany. You can watch us at www.geronimo-line-dancers.com
We really enjoy your video at youtube. But what dance is it???
Can you please tell me the name of the dance and if it's not
very common, eventually a information where i can find the description.
Thank you so much. By the way, in February we did the same,
we danced for old people here and they had so much fun. It causes
happiness for myself, because i watched into their faces. Too
we danced together with a senior-group (not linedance, but something
like square-dance.) and we were very impressed about them. "
yours
keep on dancing! :o)

Hello Angela,
My name is Damon Bramblett. I wrote two of the songs that you use (sung by Kelly Willis) in your line dancing program. I just wanted to send you a short email and tell you that I am very happy that you use my songs for this and that I am honored by the videos on youtube. To find out that I wrote songs that have the Made in Manila ladies dancing makes me very proud.
